What is Rev Forge?
Rev Forge is an AI-powered sales automation platform for agencies. It combines CRM features (leads, deals, contacts) with automation (workflows, campaigns) to help you manage multiple clients’ sales operations from one place.
Who is Rev Forge for?
Rev Forge is designed for sales agencies that manage outbound sales for multiple clients. It’s also suitable for internal sales teams that want pipeline management with automation.
How many clients can I manage?
There’s no limit on the number of clients per agency. Your plan determines the number of team members and available features.
Account & Access
How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot Password on the sign-in page and enter your email. You’ll receive a reset link.
Can I belong to multiple agencies?
Yes. If you’re invited to multiple agencies, you can switch between them from the agency selector in the sidebar.
How do I change my email address?
Go to Account Settings (click your avatar → Settings) and update your email. You’ll need to verify the new address.
Data & Privacy
Where is my data stored?
Rev Forge uses Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Data is stored in the region closest to your agency’s primary location.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Agency → Export to download your data in CSV format. You can export leads, contacts, deals, and activity history.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. During this period, you can reactivate your account and recover everything. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

What browsers are supported?
Rev Forge supports the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Is there a mobile app?
A mobile app is planned for a future release. The web app is responsive and works on mobile browsers.
Does Rev Forge have an API?
API access is planned for a future release. Currently, integrations are available through the built-in connectors (Gmail, Outlook, Stripe).

Where can I request a feature?
Use the support form to submit feature requests. We review all requests and prioritize based on demand.
