Clients & Companies
Clients are the core organizational unit in Rev Forge. Each client represents a business you manage sales for, with their own pipeline, contacts, and campaigns.
Managing Clients
Creating a Client
- Click Clients in the sidebar
- Click Add Client
- Fill in business details (name, industry, website)
- Click Create
Client Dashboard
Each client’s dashboard shows:
- Pipeline overview — leads by stage at a glance
- Recent activity — latest interactions and updates
- Key metrics — conversion rates, deal values, response times
Client Settings
Access client settings via the Settings tab:
- General — name, industry, website, description
- Pipeline — customize lead stages
- Access — team member permissions for this client
- Integrations — client-specific integration settings
Companies
Companies are organizations associated with your contacts and leads. Rev Forge can automatically enrich company data from public sources.
Company Enrichment
When you add a company with a website URL, Rev Forge automatically pulls:
- Company description and industry
- Employee count and location
- Social media profiles
Linking Companies to Contacts
Contacts can be associated with companies. When viewing a company, you’ll see all linked contacts and their interaction history.
Tips
- Use the search bar to quickly find clients by name
- Star frequently accessed clients for quick sidebar access
- Review client analytics weekly to spot trends early
