An agency is your organization in Rev Forge. It’s the top-level container for all your data — team members, clients, campaigns, and settings. If you manage sales for multiple businesses, each business becomes a client under your agency.
Clients
Clients are the businesses you manage sales for. Each client has their own:
- Lead pipeline with customizable stages
- Contacts and companies database
- Campaigns for outreach
- Reports and analytics
Leads
Leads represent potential sales opportunities. They flow through your pipeline stages (e.g., New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal → Won/Lost). Rev Forge scores leads automatically to help you prioritize.
Deals
When a lead becomes a concrete opportunity, it becomes a deal. Deals track expected revenue, close dates, and progression through your sales process.
Campaigns
Campaigns are email outreach sequences you send to segments of your contacts. Rev Forge uses AI to help generate personalized content.
Roles
Rev Forge uses role-based permissions:

- Admin — can manage team members and most settings
